working the soil in which pleasure can bloom effortlessly and abundantly.

Disconnection from our bodies, from pleasure and from sensation happens overtime due to painful or traumatic experiences, imprints and (social) conditioning.
Rebuilding safety in the nervous system is the foundational work to move from disconnection to connection, and from pain and numbness to pleasure and aliveness.​
Together, we step into a new story.

WEEK 2 — Awakened Breasts
​ The gateway to the heart and to ecstatic pleasure.
The miracle of life can not enter us fully when our heart is armed. Aliveness cannot live in a closed system.
Here, we reclaim our breasts as part of our feminine bodies, opening the heart and bringing back sensitivity & pleasure through awareness, touch and breastmassage, awakening your breasts. Your Pulse is here to crack your heart open wider, to receive life deeper.​​​​

WEEK 3 — Womb Mysteries​

As women, we carry a sacred portal in our bodies: The womb.
The womb is the place in which all of life starts, and through which life is birthed through.
This is the centre of your feminine wisdom, your creativity, innate knowing and cyclical awareness. What is your relationship to the deep depths within your being, the darkness from which all of life germinates? The inner realms of creation, power and wisdom?
Learn to know and trust the deep depths of your feminine nature, your intuition and the feminine mysteries.

WEEK 4 — Pleasure Anatomy & Yoni Worship
She is the gateway to your inner Sanctuary, the Gatekeeper to the pulse. She is welcoming you into her to restore, awaken and remember her.

Your body is naturally wired for pleasure. The female body holds countless pleasure spots through which you can open up, expand and melt into pleasure.
Getting to know your body and your pleasure anatomy will empower you to know and speak your desires, needs and your boundaries. In intimacy, sexuality and in life itself.

WEEK 5 — Yoni Mapping & the Inner Realms
Return from numbness and disconnection, to sensitivity, aliveness and pleasure.

About Sophia
Since I can remember I have been carving my own path, something in me deeply knowing there must be more out there than what society likes to tell us.
​
It has led me through many countries and initiations, inner and outer journeys, many dimensions. The one thing that has kept serving me the most, was the connection to my own body, senses and lifeforce.
Only when I embarked on the journey of embracing sexuality as part of my nature, and started embracing ALL of my humanness, is when I felt I was coming home.
And it's still the most exquisite, mystical, deepening and expanding journey ever. To rememeber my body as my temple, my sexuality as sacred, and my sexual energy as my lifeforce, is the most humbling and yet expansive journey ever.
The more I learn, the more I uncover, the more I am here to share the richness and depth and goodness of it with other women.

It is here, that we come home.
It is here, that we tap into, and drink, from our own well. Here, that we savor our own nectar.
And fall in love, make love, with existence in all of her colors and expressions.
