  • Q: When are the call times? - A: The availability for the sessions is flexible and adjustable to what works for both of us

  • Q: What is the frequency of the sessions? - A: bi-weekly online sessions with support throughout. Also a complementary in-person session is possible if you live in the Netherlands

  • Q: How long are the sessions? - A: Usually between 75- 90 minutes

  • Q: You mention sensuality / sexuality, do I need to get naked or something like that? - A: No, these practices are a lot about opening your senses and awakening your awareness of energies in your body/being. It will involve mostly breath/meditation/awareness techniques. If it involves more intimate practices, this will be your own home practices that you will explore with yourself. 

  • Q: Do I need experience in this field? - A: No previous experience is needed as the work can be tailored and adjusted to your specific needs. All you need is your willingness to go on this journey within yourself and an open mind will help you get most results out of it. 

  • Q: How long will I have access to the replays? The replays are yours to keep.
