PELVIC (LINGHAM) RELEASE
In the Pelvic Release sessions, also known as lingham release, the intention is to release the fascia of the pelvic area from pain, tension and blockages, through presence, gentle touch and myofascial release techniques.

We work specifically with the pelvis as this is an area of the body where people tipically store a lot of tension, pain and/or unresolved emotions and trauma.
Also because this is our base - the seat of our body and being. Both physically, emotionally and energetically people often are disconnected from this area, 'living in the head' and causing discomfort and disconnection from the body.

Releasing the pelvis helps you to establish a connection to your body, to your desires and your boundaries (in intimacy and intercourse but also in life in general), your lifeforce energy will flow more freely, leaving you feeling more switched on and alive. You' re able to be more clear and honest in your communication around your truth, your needs and your boundaries. It can help with physical issues and discomfort.
A release and reconnection is created on all layers of your being - physical, emotional, mental, energetical and spiritual.
